Salman started his career in the banking industry in Canada and after spending almost a decade in banks in Canada and Pakistan, moved to the steel industry. Salman has been a Portfolio Management expert, a successful Key Account Manager, an Entrepreneur, a Strategist, a Social Worker and a Passionate Public Speaker. He has been associated with IIL since 2013 in different roles.

At the moment, he is responsible to drive IILAmericas business and sales strategy in North America as Vice President, Sales for IIL Americas.
